2019年11月9日至10日，由联合国教科文组织国际工程科技知识中心（简称“国际知识中心”、“IKCEST”）、西安交通大学和贵州大学主办，IKCEST丝路培训基地承办的第64期丝路工程科技发展专项培训暨贵州大学首届“丝路纵横”国际学生专题培训在贵州大学国际教育学院顺利举办。来自贵州大学、贵州师范大学、贵州财经大学、贵州医科大学、贵州民族大学的180余名国际留学生参加本次培训。

The 64th IKCEST Training Programme for Silk Road Engineering Science and Technology Development was held in the College of International Education of Guizhou University from Nov. 9th to 10th, 2019. It was co-hosted by the International Knowledge Centre for Engineering Sciences and Technology (shortened as “IKCEST”) under the Auspices of UNESCO, Xi’an Jiaotong University and Guizhou University, and was organized by IKCEST Silk Road Training Base. Over 180 foreign students from Guizhou University, Guizhou Normal University, Guizhou University of Finance and Economics, Guizhou Medical University and Guizhou Minzu University registered for the workshop.

11月9日上午，培训班举行开班仪式，中国工程院办公厅信息化建设处副处长刘畅、贵州大学国际教育学院党委书记晋克俭、西安交通大学继续教育学院院长邸德海、国际工程科技知识中心项目主管张晔及全体学员出席。贵州大学国际教育学院院长张成霞主持开班仪式。

Hosted by Zhang Chengxia, Dean of the College of International Education of Guizhou University, the opening ceremony of the 64th IKCEST Training Programme was held on the morning of Nov. 9th, 2019. Liu Chang, Deputy Director of Division of Information Construction of the General Administration Department of Chinese Academy of Engineering (CAE), Jin Kejian, CPC Secretary of the College of International Education of Guizhou University Committee, Di Dehai, Dean of the School of Continuing Education of Xi’an Jiaotong University, Zhang Ye from the IKCEST Secretariat, and all the trainees attended the opening ceremony.

晋克俭致欢迎辞，她代表贵州大学国际教育学院对中国工程院领导、西安交通大学领导、专家老师及IKCEST丝路培训团队的到来表示热烈欢迎，对丝路工程科技发展专项培训选择贵州大学表示感谢。晋书记还对本期培训学员提出要求，希望本期培训班的留学生把握机会，认真学习，不但在培训课程中有所收获，在往后的学习和生活中也努力提升自己各方面能力，成为适应国际化发展的全面型人才。通过深入了解中国与世界，成为促进“一带一路”建设和国际友好往来的文化使者。

Jin Kejian made a welcome speech on behalf of Guizhou University and extended a warm welcome to the leaders of Chinese Academy of Engineering, leaders, experts, and teachers of Xi’an Jiaotong University as well as the IKCEST Silk Road training team. As Guizhou University was chosen to host Training Programme for Silk Road Engineering Science and Technology Development this time, she expressed her appreciation for it. In the speech, Secretary Jin expressed some requirements to the trainees. She hoped that the trainees not only make good use of this opportunity to learn from this training, but also to improve their abilities in various aspects of their future study and life so as to become a comprehensive talent that can adapt to international development. She also hoped that they could understand China and the world in depth so as to become a cultural envoy for the promotion of the construction of the Belt and Road Initiative and friendly international exchanges.

邸德海院长首先对贵州大学对于本次培训的支持表示感谢。邸院长介绍了IKCEST丝路培训基地成立的背景、发展目标和意义，并指出西安是丝绸之路的发源地，西安交通大学作为中国最具有影响力的理工科院校，在中国工程院的支持下，带领西安交通大学最优秀的师资团队来到贵州大学举办工程科技发展专项培训，希望能将中国先进技术成果和当下世界最新的科技发展知识分享给贵州的留学生，开阔学员的视野，达到全球文化、科技的交流互通，为促进丝绸之路沿线国家的友谊与合作贡献自己的力量，共同推动世界各国发展和社会繁荣。

At the outset, Di Dehai expressed his gratitude to Guizhou University for their strong support for this training programme in his speech. Dean Di introduced the background, development goal and significance of IKCEST Silk Road Training Base. He said that located in Xi’an city, which is the birthplace of the ancient Silk Road, Xi’an Jiaotong University is China’s most influential university of science and technology. He said that under the support of Chinese Academy of Engineering, Xi’an Jiaotong University came to Guizhou University to hold the Training Programme for Silk Road Engineering Science and Technology Development with a team of outstanding teachers, aiming to share China’s advanced technological achievements and the latest knowledge of science and technology development in the world for foreign students studying in Guizhou so as to achieve global cultural and technological exchanges. Therefore, this training programme would make contributions to promoting friendship and cooperation among countries along the Silk Road and the development and prosperity of all countries in the world.

刘畅对参加本次开班的领导及学员表示欢迎，对西安交通大学及贵州大学国际教育学院的组织者表示感谢。她分别就IKCEST的成立背景、主营业务及国际影响力进行介绍，包括总分平台的主要功能及提供的服务、相关学术和国际交流活动等。同时，刘畅鼓励培训学员尝试使用IKCEST平台，并积极反馈需求。最后，刘畅希望本次参加培训的学员们能够珍惜学习机会，享受学习过程，并于培训结束后积极反馈、提出宝贵意见。

Liu Chang extended a warm welcome to leaders and trainees that attended the opening ceremony, and expressed her gratitude to  the organizers of Xi’an Jiaotong University and the College of International Education of Guizhou University. She gave an introduction to IKCEST on its founding philosophy, current practices and international influence, including the function and services provided by IKCEST general platform and its sub-platforms, and academic and international exchange activities. She also encouraged the trainees to use IKCEST platform and give feedback. At the end of her speech, she hoped that students cherish this learning opportunities, enjoy the learning process, and actively provide feedback and suggestions after the training.

此次培训由西安交通大学资深教授团队亲临授课，课程包括：人工智能简介、中国古代哲学思想—儒学、物联网与智慧生活、关于衰老，你该知道的那点事儿、多媒体技术及其在人工智能领域的应用、一带一路经济背景与中国经济增长新动能、国学与现代管理研究——基于SD（系统动力学）的理论与方法、HSK汉语考试技能专项培训课程。本次培训有助于留学生开阔眼界，深入了解中国文化与中国最前沿科学技术。
